The Court recently upgraded to CM/ECF NextGen Version 1.8.1. We have identified an issue affecting filers using Mac computers with an outdated operating system. When these users upload documents to CM/ECF, the header and footer information—such as the file date and document number—may be missing from each page.

To resolve this issue, Mac users are advised to update their operating system to the most current version available for their Mac. The Court is actively addressing prior filings affected by this issue to restore the missing header and footer information. Filers are reminded that the Notice of Electronic Filing (NEF) automatically generated by ECF is the official "file stamp" of the document. If conventionally serving a document, the filer is encouraged to include the NEF.
