Photo identification is required to enter the Courthouse.
Members of the general public are not permitted to bring phones or cameras into the courthouse.

Building Hours:

The courthouse is open from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, effective July 8, 2024.

Parking information:

Parking is available in the courthouse parking lot.

Handicapped access:

The courthouse is fully accessible for persons with handicaps. Ramp access is located at the main entrance of the courthouse. Handicapped parking spaces are available in front of the courthouse near a ramp.

Hearings/Court:

Southern and Southwestern Division hearings are typically held in the Springfield courthouse.  Please refer to your notice for the exact location and room number.

Bankruptcy 341 Meetings of Creditors are typically held in the Jury Assembly Room on the 2nd floor.
